Seared Beef Tenderloin & Lobster Cake - Butternut squash puree, sauteed spinach and roasted garlic, Buerre rouge

Pan Seared Rare Tuna - Edamame-wasabi puree, sautéed pea tendril, arugula, napa cabbage, carrot curls, plum sweet chili beurre blanc

Roasted Chicken Breast- Sweet potato gnocchi, spinach, crispy mushrooms, shaved Parmesan, bacon lardons, pickled red onions

Named for the passion that Powder Ridge inspires in all of us for our love of sports, food, and fun. Fire at the Ridge aims to be an escape for diners, offering private dining rooms and breathtaking views of the mountain from the upper-levels of the newly renovated 20,000 square foot base lodge. Rustic booths, crackling bon fires and the aroma of fine fare will set the mood for locals and travelers alike to enjoy the handcrafted dishes by Executive Chef Kevin Cottle.
